Mariska is a wooden gaff cutter, designed by William Fife and launched in 1908. She is one of the twenty “15 Meter” class yachts built to the International Rule between 1907 and 1919. She is the second to ever be built and the oldest of the four remaining, the other yachts being Tuiga, Hispania and The Lady Anne.  Her racing career in the 15M Class lasted from 1908 to 1939.

Mariska is one of the most famous classic yachts in existence, in addition to her prizes she has had some exceptional owners, Stothert, Krüger, Dalman, Matthiassen to name but a few, or major figureslike Olle Grafström, jazz musician and visual artist who lived on board for many years.

100 years after three triumphant seasons (1908, 1909 and 1910) and having competed in 137 regattas, she remained in Sweden for 73 years. Mariska was later relocated to France where she has undergone a major restoration and remained there for another 10 years before moving to her current home in Slovenia where she has been tirelessly maintained in perfect racing condition since 2020.

Mariska is now back in the racing circuit and available for charter.
