Services included:

• Design & schedule of Yearly Maintenance Plan

• Weekly inspection, check of mooring lines

• Weekly washdown of deck and hull

• Monthly check: seacock exercising, run engine, hoisting sails and gelcoat polishing run engine & generator, check sanitary and other systems

• Monthly complete indoor cleaning

• Monthly report on the state of the yacht

• Twice per year: lifejacket revision and service

• Twice per year: teak/varnishing maintenance, polishing stainless, canvas cleaning (bimini and sprayhood)

• Yearly full maintenance work: Hull out, shipyard, pressure cleaning, antifoilung treatment and launch

• Yearly inspection: Navigation system review, Rig check, Rudder check, Keel check, Review and replace anodes

• Yearly outboard and onboard engine service including filters and oil change + generator service

• Yearly revision and service of safety equipmren: liferaft, dingy and extinguishers including flares check/substitution

• Yearly update of Pharmacy Box

• Yearly sanitary maintenanc

• Storm check
